Mr. Daniel F. Essa is a Certified General Real

State Appraiser with an MAI designation from the

Appraisal Institute.  He has focused on matters

relating to commercial real estate appraisal since

1984.  His experience includes appraisal analysis,

highest and best use analysis, feasibility

analysis, and due diligence reporting. Mr. Essa is

experienced at the appraisal of retail, office, industrial,

multi-family residential, special use developments and

acreage. Mr. Essa is a Qualified Expert Witness in the

State of Michigan.
